Praise the Lord, Family and
Friends!
The leadership of Church of
the Great Commission has called a time of consecration. This consecration is to last 40 days.
We are calling for the membership of CGC to make this
sacrifice simply because God is worth it. If in the process of
this consecration God brings a breakthrough, speaks a
word, or lifts a financial burden, then “Hallelujah!”. But even
if none of those things happen, God is worthy of our sacrifice. |

The second purpose of this consecration is to petition God for growth.
Growth as individuals and growth as a church.
By the end of
this consecration, it is my sincere prayer, that we would mature enough to
that God would entrust us with more responsibility.
As
part of the consecration, we have developed a devotional booklet
to help us approach this consecration in stages. The contents of
this booklet are presented here on the website.
As Paul states
in Romans 12:1 “Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's
mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and
pleasing to God—this is your spiritual act of worship.”
