If you want to lock
in prices at their lowest, we urge you to purchase your ticket now. Ticket
prices go up every week from $100 to $500 more.

Deadlines |
|
Immediately apply for passport if you do not
already have one. [Application forms may be
obtained at the Post Office. You will need two passport size photos which
may be obtained at Wal-Mart. It often takes
two months to receive passports.] Also, if you have not
completed the Mission Mandate Training, please contact Patricia O’Nery at
912-877-3020 for information. This is a mandatory training to participate
in any AOF mission trip. |

application fee covers our costs in setting the trip up for you (mailings,
calls to calls to West Africa, and many other logistical necessities.) We
incur these expenses even if you decide later not to go. |

This is a mandatory meeting for all trip participants. At this time, we
will fill out our Visa forms together. You will need to be prepared for
that meeting with your blank Visa forms (which will be provided in your
information packet after we receive your completed application and fee), two
passport size photos for each country you are going to, your passport, and
your money orders for your Visa(s). After we have received your
application and registration fee, we will let you know how much you will
need for the visas for your particular trip.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT
TO FILL OUT THESE FORMS ALONE.
Because so many countries are involved,
this process can be confusing. If they are not done correctly it can
delay the process or even mean you would not be able to go. |
